點(diǎn)膠加工(Form-In-Place),簡(jiǎn)稱FIP點(diǎn)膠,是指以[敏感詞]的計(jì)算機(jī)操控自動(dòng)化設(shè)備,將流體橡膠直接點(diǎn)涂在金屬或塑料的殼表面,在一定條件下固化,從而形成導(dǎo)電或不導(dǎo)電密封襯墊,以達(dá)到EMI屏蔽及環(huán)境密封效果。射頻模塊FIP點(diǎn)膠加工,電磁屏蔽性能可達(dá)120dB,工作溫度-50-150度,膠條附著力好。
FIP點(diǎn)膠加工的優(yōu)勢(shì):

● 導(dǎo)電膠固化后硬度。結(jié)構(gòu)件在裝配后,導(dǎo)電膠在高度方向上需要有30%~50%的壓縮,才能達(dá)到良好的屏蔽效果。導(dǎo)電膠的硬度參數(shù)關(guān)系到結(jié)構(gòu)件裝配時(shí)所需要的壓力(螺釘?shù)难b配密度及裝配扭力)。
● 防火等級(jí)。導(dǎo)電膠的防火等級(jí)從UL94HB~UL94-V0不等。
● 成本考量。不同金屬填料的導(dǎo)電膠在成本上差異較大,在滿足性能、工藝的前提下,可以選擇低成本的導(dǎo)電膠。
FIP adhesive processing customization

Hardness of conductive adhesive after curing. After assembly of structural components, the conductive adhesive needs to be compressed by 30% to 50% in the height direction to achieve good shielding effect. The hardness parameter of conductive adhesive is related to the pressure required during the assembly of structural components (the assembly density and assembly torque of screws).
● Fire rating. The fire rating of conductive adhesive varies from UL94HB to UL94-V0.
● Cost considerations. The cost of conductive adhesives with different metal fillers varies greatly, and low-cost conductive adhesives can be selected while meeting performance and process requirements.
